Q: How do I care for my Night Realm t-shirt?

A: To ensure your t-shirt lasts as long as possible, we recommend washing it inside out at 40 degrees or less. Please ignore the washing instructions on the garment itself, as those are for a blank garment and not a printed one. Iron on the reverse side using a cool setting, and do not tumble-dry. This will help to maintain the quality of the print and ensure your t-shirt stays looking great.

A: If your garment has a vinegar-like smell when you receive it, don't worry, it's completely normal! This smell is caused by a fixation agent applied during the printing process to help the ink bond with the fabric. The smell will disappear after the first wash and is not harmful to your health or the environment.


Q: Why doesn't Night Realm print directly in the international countries they ship to in order to reduce postage costs?

A: We are continually exploring partnerships with companies abroad to minimize international shipping expenses. However, our distinctive commitment to producing full-coverage, large prints of up to 40x50cm, coupled with our unwavering dedication to environmental sustainability in our product offerings, presents a unique challenge. Thus far, we have not identified companies that can offer competitive pricing while maintaining the high level of service and environmental responsibility we uphold for our valued customers. Q: Why is the only currency available in Great British Pounds?

Q: Why don't you use a different platform instead of Stripe to offer various currencies?

A: We've explored different payment platforms, including Stripe, in our quest to provide a wider range of currency options. Unfortunately, Stripe does not offer the flexibility we require for this purpose. Additionally, some alternative platforms, like Shopify, come with higher monthly costs, which can be challenging for a small, independent business like ours and we wouldn’t want to increase our prices.
